Mr. Saleem Sheriff is the Chairman & Managing Director at the Skylark Group. He is based in Bengaluru and leads the Company’s focus on the future of innovation and the role of business leadership to create long -term economic value for the Customer & Communities in the real estate category.
He is passionate to give -back to the society through various philanthropic activities and also nurtures the intent to build green sustainable projects. Mr. Sheriff started his business career in 1992 at Manipal Center with a 500 Sq Ft. rented office & took a leap in 24 years to an admirable business empire, head –quartered in the Central Business District at Ulsoor, an office location which embodies the best of Bangalore City with several top corporates, schools, shopping malls & considered as one of the expensive offices spaces in India.
His vision is to create living spaces for every class and every taste. For every project, there is a creation of trademark “Skylark” space that features contemporary & innovative design elements integrated with functionality.
Soaring higher on the occasion of completing, 25 years - A silver jubilee celebration which have already started, with pipelines of luxury projects at CBD in Richmond Town, Residency Road, etc. He believes that Skylark Group will be a positive force for a change in the real estate dynamics, while delivering for Customers, Investors & Community. Mr. OMAR SHERIFF

Director

Mr. Omar Sheriff is a dynamic & result driven, self-motivated and resourceful young Director with a proven track record to develop and strengthen management teams. He has an extensive set of skillset to lead and grow all sectors of business to make Skylark Group a dynamic and progressive organisation.
Mr. Omar has specialized in marketing and has also undertaken an intensive training program in Singapore, Australia and London which focused on business development, strategy planning, national and international market analysis. He works with a vision to implement all the learnings and experience to take Skylark to greater heights.
He is arduously involved in all the day to day activities of the company across different functions of sales, marketing, business development. He plays a key role while meeting investors across the countries and handling government bodies for lesioning across all the projects.
He has two main ideologies:-
a) Sales plays a very important factor for the company but what matters the most is how we service the clients post sales (CRM). This vertical should be the key focus are of any company in today's scenario. Selling is fine but retention of a client and building the trust is very important in today's market.
b) Apart from perseverance of achieving the highest standards of quality, he believes that handing over of the project on time is a top priority. This is possible only by having quality and professional engineers who have hawk eyes for the detail.
Mr. Omar Sheriff has multifaceted outlook and skills. His strength lies in people management, innovative thinking and going that extra mile for the clients. Friendly yet serious minded at work, his commitment, keen mental sharpness, drive and demand for superior work truly makes him a chip off the old block.

Mr. SHORAB SHERIFF

Director

Mr. Shorab Sheriff finished his B.Arch. from B.M.S. school of architecture. His love towards design and infrastructure made him want to carry the Legacy of Skylark forward. Before he joined Skylark, Mr. Shorab has worked for 2 architecture firms to get a hands on experience and learning.
Mr. Shorab drives a highly motivated team to discuss the objectives, requirements and budget of a project. He regularly visits the construction site to ensure that the best quality is being provided to his client. Any problems that arise at the construction site are resolved personally by him. Mr. Shorab loves to innovate in terms of design and has a vision of making Skylark a global name.
